Drone Media
Professional aerial photography and cinematic drone video for real estate listings, builders, and properties across Barrie & Simcoe County.
Aerial Drone Media for Real Estate, Airbnb & Contractor Portfolios
Aerial drone photo and video has become a standard tool for showcasing a property’s exterior assets in today’s competitive real estate market. From lot size and landscaping to waterfront access and neighbourhood context, drone media shows buyers what ground-level photos simply can’t. We fly in compliance with Transport Canada regulations — airspace is confirmed at the time of booking, so there are no surprises on shoot day.

Who it's for
Aerial drone media makes the biggest impact on properties where the land, location or surroundings are part of the story. If your listing has any of the following, drone is worth adding:
- Waterfront, lakefront or riverfront properties
- Large lots, acreage or rural properties
- New builds and executive homes
- Properties with standout outdoor features — pools, decks, landscaping
- Listings in scenic areas like Muskoka, Oro-Medonte or Georgian Bay
- Airbnb and short-term rentals where location is a selling feature
Why it Matters
Buyers decide in seconds whether a listing is worth a closer look. Aerial media gives your listing an immediate visual advantage — showing lot size, proximity to water, neighbourhood context and curb appeal in a way that stops the scroll. It’s not just a nice-to-have anymore. On competitive listings, it’s expected.
How it works
Drone media is either included in your package or added on at booking. Once your shoot is scheduled, we check the airspace for your property address through Transport Canada’s system. If the location is cleared to fly, drone is captured on the same day as your photos and video — no second visit needed. Everything is edited to the same standard and delivered to your inbox within 24 hours.
FAQ
What if the location isn’t cleared to fly?
We check airspace before your shoot. If your property falls in a restricted zone, we’ll let you know in advance so you’re not caught off guard. In most cases across Simcoe County and Muskoka, flying is permitted. If we can’t fly, we’ll do our best to cover the property highlights with extra ground footage and photography so your listing still looks its best.
What if the weather is bad on shoot day?
Wind, rain or low visibility can ground the drone even in a clear airspace zone. If conditions aren’t right on shoot day, I’ll do my best to return another day if I’m in the Barrie area at no extra cost.
How many aerial photos will I get?
Typically 8–15 edited aerial photos depending on the property, plus drone video footage if included in your package.
Can drone be added after the shoot?
In some cases yes, but it requires a separate visit. It’s always more efficient and cost-effective to add it at the time of the original booking.
